You can only see sites where the candidates state what position they hold, but what they say, and what they actually think and feel can be two different things. Politicians, on both sides, tend to say what will get them elected.
There are also sites that will tell you what THEY think a candidate stands for or against, but those sites can be biased as well.
Your best bet is to pay attention, listen to what the candidates say, and compare that with how they have voted before. While it is possible to change ones mind on an issue or two, if there is too much back and forth on issues, that person may be trying to burn the candles at both ends.

Really great site. You can actually pick each candidate and view their voting record to see how they actually voted on certain issues, not just what they have said.
Talk is cheap, but a vote stands for something.
Hope this helps! :]

you can check out all the different candidates websites like I did when I was making up my mind. The one that struck a chord with me was Ron Paul's website www.ronpaul2008.com because of his Constitutional stance on so many of the issues like the war and the IRS.

No. There is no such place because of all of the flip flopping by certain candidates. One day they are for illegals having drivers licenses and the next they deny they ever said it. She would never approve of anything being in writing.
