She is the head of state, it's the same as speaking to a president, it's a sign of respect.

Well I can see what you are saying, she's just a normal person, so you would treat her just like any lady of her age and show her some respect but if you want to swear at her then try it, you can be arrested for it, in fact offences against the queen are still punishable by death! She has more power than you think she does! If you are arrested she owns the prisons (at her Majesty's pleasure) And all the money has her face on, she also owns all the swans in the UK! So If you disrespect the queen its gonna get bad for you. Oh and if you go to far she could probably make you dissapear if she wants and make it like you never lived! if she doesent there are people loyal to her who will, and everyone will know because the press will go mad about it! you may as well just kill yourself afterwards actually

You only answer her questions and do not speak until spoken to. You have respect for her position in the land. Her Majesty the Queen of the UK and the Commonwealth. What are you? A subject.

She is the queen of England and deserves Your respect. Watch 'The Queen' and You'll understand why. I know it's only a film, but I'm not on about flying men or talking cars.

Watching your P's & Q's as one may say.... P is for President and Q is for Queen. You have to watch your words when speaking to people in high places.

this is a pointless question because you are too thick to be in the same conversation as her Majesty.

I don't see why you should. She's just another person. Treat her exactly the same and speak to her exactly the same as you would anyone else.
I do, everytime I pop round for tea.
