I wish I could change the way she is always so concerned about how other people view her. She spends so much time trying to put on a front for everyone that she loses sight of herself sometimes and causes conflict between us. She is such a great person and has so many sides to her that she represses because she is afraid that "other people will find out." That just ticks me off.

My Hubby suffered from severe acne as a kid...is scarred from it...and continues to suffer from adult acne dispite medical care....not nearly as severe but.....it's one reason why he wears a full beard/moustashe and wears his hair covering the back of his neck....the scarring is too deep for plastic surgery (build up of scar tissue is too extensive)and refuses to go bare-chested except in front of me.
....he doesn't talk much about it but I know he went thu hell in his school years with the cruel treatment from other kids. The current occasional breakouts are very painful, never mind unsightly to him......and reminders of the mean comments during his teen age years.
It's the one thing I would change if I could, for him...

Normally I wouldn't change anything but I do wish he'd communicate his feelings more to me.That's so important and I feel like that's something that often leads to divorce, so it scares me.

How he is NEVER wrong. Someone elses actions is why he did his .. GOOD or BAD .. it's bizzare .. even the teens see it .. drives me crazy!
Oooh nice! You're in a good mood .. "No I'm not, I always am" ..
Ouch, don't yell "I'm not yelling, I'LL SHOW YOU YELLING" ..
Omg you name it, he isn't it lol
It's hard to communicate and have a relationship when someone is "never anything" .. happy, mad, sad, glad, ugh ..
(cute Chuck lol .. and that's very sweet of you nonny = )

I wish I could change his verbally abusive nature....whenever he gets pissed off, he flies off the handle @ me and calls me every name in the book.
