Buy a scented candle for your office first of all...
Also perhaps relieving yourself should be confined to the bathroom.
And then just for the sake of your health in general...try to cut back a little on the sugar...
Also...do you eat alot of meat?
Meat will make your farts smell SUPER bad...and can be attributed to the decomposing meat in your lower intestine.
Try to eat more vegetables and fruits...the will help "freshen" your flatulations as well as help get that rotting meat moving on it's way out of your colon.
While you don't have to go full blown vegetarian...your colon and your coworkers will thank you if you balance your diet a little with a healthy amount of fruits and vegetables.
Good Luck

There are a certain foods that make you fart such as bean, broccoli, cauliflower, eggs, etc. and some typical of sugars that we can't digest and causes farting.
There are two way you can do: 1. stop eating these kind of foods. 2. There come farting-pills (sold at Costco or pharmacy stores) that sop farting. You need to take the pill whenever you eat the above foods.

For one week, write down everything you eat. Then start eliminating foods that you seem to eat more regularly than others. You will soon find out what it is that makes you fart. Dairy products, particularly nonfat milk and soft cheeses, legumes, dark green vegetables and garlic, are some of the causes of smelly farts. You may also be lactose intolerant.

Eat like Adam and Eve. Fruit diet for a week including real fruit juices (no artificial juices). A kilo of grapes for dinner or a whole watermelon for snack is ideal. Don't forget whole pineapples, apples and oranges. It's cleanses the body of toxins and the body uses stored fats for energy. Just make sure you take multivitamins capsules for that particular week. Then you can eat normally again.

Eat foods with less sulfur in them, and stray from smelly foods, as they usually have a tendency to cause gas to be smelly as well. Sugars might have an effect on the smell of your gas, so you may want to do more research on the subject to see what foods do indeed cause more stink.

It is most certainly diet related, however everyone is different. Although you might be embarassed, you really need to see a gastroenterologist.
Not to scare you, but...it could be EBS, Crohns Disease, a food allergy, or even possibly an absess. It might be nothing, but why not find out just to be safe!

Go to a doctor and have your digestive system diagnosed for proper medication and advice. There may be an underlying serious illness.

Onions and garlic do that to me and some people are effected that way by milk products and carbohydrates. Fiber might give you more gas, but it shouldn't smell as bad.
