I am wondering...
i have been on the depo for 6 months now.. My last shot was Aug. 30 and I was due 2 weeks ago now.. I have have some spotting/bleeding the entire time i was on it.
Now starting earlier this week it seems like i have my full period already!
If this is the case am is it possible for me to get preg right away? I know ive heard stories that it can take 6 months to 2 years... anyone out there that got preg right after their missed shot??
I never really had any side effects/symptoms from the shot other than the irregular bleeding..
Help.. I'm TTC, and dont want it to take forever!!

If you want to conceive, then you don't want to get another shot. It can sometimes take around a year to get your periods back to normal after depo and get pregnant. once you're off of it you should stop spotting. Check with your doctor regardless of whether you get the shot again or not. She may have good ideas to get you on the right track.

Iv'e been on the dep. slightly over 2 years and that i are starting to be to be my shot late some activities and did stuff i shouldent had and that i dident get pregant. My healthcare expert stated me it takes as much as a 365 days to get pregant after combating the shot so u could be awesome merely get an at abode preg-try to spot i continually do just to be risk-free.

iv'e been on the depo a little over 2 years and i have gotten my shot late a couple of times and did stuff i shouldent had and i dident get pregant. my doctor told me it takes up to a year to get pregant after stopping the shot so u should be fine just get an at home preg-test and see i always do just to be safe.

Depo wrecks your body up. I should know, as I was on it for quite some time.
That would be "normal" for depo.
And, yes, you CAN GET PREGNANT on depo, as depo is NOT 100% effective!
You can get pregnant ON depo, immediately AFTER depo, and some it takes years to get pregnant.
It varies from woman to woman.
