im 36 weeks, im dialted at 2 and im 60 % effaced, ive dropped....how much longer do u guys think till my baby girl is here?

I was at 2 and 100% effaced for 2 weeks. It could be days or weeks.

I was dilated early like this...I did a lot of walking at the mall among other things to try to go into labor. I delivered at 39 weeks and when I got to the hospital I was almost 4 cm dilated and I wasn't really in serious labor yet. Think of it this way: you'll be a little ahead when you actually go into labor. Some women go through a lot of pain to get to 2 cm.

My sister was pretty much exactly where you are at 35 weeks. She had her daughter at 39 weeks 2 days. You could go soon...but you could hang on quite a while. My sister even had her membranes stripped to speed things up at 39 weeks 1 day...that finally got things going.

10 minutes to 4 weeks. find something to do to occupy your time: walk, work, volunteer, wrap presents, exercise. the baby will come when it's ready.
