My normal temp time is 6:30am. I know if I wake up before that and I know it won't be 3hrs of sleep before my reg temp time then I go ahead a temp then, BUT my question is. On my chart do I leave the time at 6:30am my reg time OR should I change it to the time I woke up early? I know I check sleep deprieved but just curious if I should change my time on the days I accidently wake up early.

You should record the actual time you took the temperature. In your settings if you have your default wake up time set as 6:30am, leave it as it is. But for your actual daily temp taking, record the actual time you took the temperature. For instance, if you wake up at 5:00am and take your temperature, record it as 5:00am, not 6:30am. Hope this helps :)

This happened to me a few times, and I think I went with the later time, and then marked sleep deprived. Either way the days temps wont be accurate.

Record your temperature when you actually wake up but do not link the temperature with the others. Leave it on its own and this will give you a better idea.
Good luck
