why am i like so ultra aware of everything about life in any situation i can not live when i do not know what i am, i say what is the point to anything in my life it all IS so not important but in my conscious mind i say it is important and in back of my mind im saying it isn't every opinion i say it feels it effects other people and i don't like it lol. so at the end of the day what im asking is how are you meant to live your life when being in a very conscious state of mind since day 1 of being alive, everyday it is a battle with my mind..so i do not live i just stay alive.

Well, the first thing I would suggest is to use punctuation and form coherent sentences. You are thinking too much about your feelings. Think more about doing and focus on what each day has in store for you. I would imagine you are missing many good opportunities to learn and grow by wondering what it's all about. Most days, it isn't about anything! You haven't said how old you are, but this is common among teenagers. That's the time when you learn and try, and gradually discover what you will focus on in life. Don't panic! Do well in school, make a few good friends, try some hobbies or practical skills, and bond with your family. You can soar like an eagle or run around like a chicken with its head cut off. If you feel you need the help of someone professional, see a counselor. But just slow down, smell the roses, hum a song, and live out your day on purpose.

If you smoke alot of contraban, that is a side effect.

If not, it may be that you are a little too self absorbed to get where you want in life. Sometimes you have to see that everyone faces issues like that, and are so wrapped up in their own nonsense that they can't notice yours. Here's a little knowledge that may help.

1) Thoughts control emotions. By letting your internal voice ask you these questions you will make yourself nervous (the emotion.)

2) Emotions control actions. Now from a nervous state, your actions will be strange to others. This is where you are feeling that you are effecting other people.

3) Actions validate thoughts. Now that you have successfully spread the nervousness to others through strange actions, your negative thoughts become validated in a backhanded sort of method. Now you feel like you should be insecure, and the thoughts will want to repeat.

The only way out of that cycle is to take control of your internal dialog. It also helps to become aware of your emotions, because those are what are going to help or hurt your ability to logically think. Also, understand that other people have all of these problems too, but are better at hiding or dealing with it.

I hope this helps.

Ooh, this is extremely a stimulating question. whether, for use to truly delve into the priority-unfastened development blocks of this concept we can be crossing many different non secular systems besides as deeply rooted forms of non secular traditionalism. In essence, this question is subjective and there is no longer a real or incorrect answer, i think of. in my opinion, i'm not sure if i think each and every thing considered, progressed, or that has come to bypass has an excellent wakeful. besides the shown fact that, I easily have had some paintings with this concept and this is extremely desirable to contemplate the opportunities, isn't it? I'm an armchair mental health expert, and I think you have ADD and depression. To find a real expert in your city go to www.nami.org. They will let you talk to people who feel like you do, and they will help you figure out how to pay your dr. if that's a problem.

Sweetheart, I can tell you're a wonderful person, and it deeply disturbs me to see you on the fence between life and death where a strong breeze could knock you off.

You have two choices in my mind:

Call 911. Tell them you feel like killing yourself.
Go to www.nami.org and set up an appointment with a psychiatrist asap.

We live a ghost of an existence. I wanted nothing from God, I wanted nothing from Satan, I wanted nothing from Man, & I became the nothing that I desired. The Earth is my equal, just doesn't know it, yet.

My advice to you is, do what you desire, before the world ends. Make your life one worth dying for.
