When you have back pain.
When YOU feel you are too big.
When you have health issues.
Your breast reduction can be covered by insurance (mine was covered 100%!).
BTW, unless you are overweight, "vigorous exercise" will NOT work. If you are at a healthy weight, the only option is a reduction.

It all depends on your body size. 44DDD is large and if it is bothering you, a reduction may help you feel better. Again depending on your size and how you like yourself to look will determine what size you want to be. I would say anywhere from 36C - 38D is considered a good size for most women but again its totally up to you and what will make you feel comfortable. I wish you all the best!

I am a 40 DD and I feel like I have small breasts. I have a friend that is a 44 E and she wants to get a breast reduction because she has severe back problems and it is hard for her to exercise to lose weight. I think that if it is affecting the way you feel about yourself or your physical well being, then you should do what you feel is best. Breast augmentation is for vanity and a waste of money if you ask me but a reduction can be a life saver to women who have extremely large breasts and back problems. Good luck to you and whatever you decide to do!

The decision to have a reduction or enhancement done is completely personal. If your obviously large "endowment"
makes you uncomfortable physically or socially then by all means, have the surgery. As far as what's too big or too small? There's no correct answer to that as everyone has their own opinions. My opinion? Count yourself lucky as there are more women out there that want larger breasts than there are women who want smaller ones.
Good Luck!

Think serious about this. My mother now has 52DD, she should have had a breast reduction years ago when she was healthy enough. Now with her health problems, she is not a candidate. They affect her mobility and cause her constant back pain. I think a 36 C is a nice size...

I prefer B's to C's. But I guess as others have said it also depends on your overall body size as what looks best on you.

there really isn't one size that's good for everyone. it really depends on your body type. if your breasts are giving you back problems and other health issues, you may want to consider vigorous exercise as an alternative to surgery. it's safer and considerably cheaper.

I wear a 40DDD and my back kills me. I like the way they look though, so for me, its worth it.

It does get back painful, if you have bigger breast. Most women can happen, if they have bigger breast.
