Well, use either Linksys, Dlink, or Netgear they are all good. The biggest concern is what type of internet service do you have? You need a router that best fits that service!

I usually use Buffalo routers (just like them.)

Since there are a lot of routers well below the $50 mark it really all boils down to your ISP (internet provider) and what they use for the other end. Ask them which routers work best they will know.
