How is easy: they argued alot until they had a unanimous decision.

Who: the members of the 2nd Continental Congress (if you need names, read the bottom, they signed it with only a few exceptions)

What: I hold this knowledge to be self-evident. So if you don't know it, read the thing, it should be easy enough to figure out.

When: Was signed by Hancock in July, 1776; many of the rest in August.

Where: Philadelphia, want to say its now called liberty hall; but I am not certain.

Why: B/C they felt the King & Parliament had been ignoring their needs; and they wanted to break off.

What - said we broke away from Britain.

When - 1776, announced July 4

Where - the US, Philadelphia

Why - Because the colonists thought they were being treated unfairly by the British

How - they wrote a big paper stating their complaints and their intentions.
