I guess you can talk about Parliament and the history behind it and how they supposedly promote the constitutional government, basic rights, and democracy. Then you can compare it to other European countries. But that question is dumb cause wasn't the greeks and romans who did that first? I guess britian supposedly continued that? Sucky question.

Look up Magna Carta , King John and the atrocoties that caused the people to take power away from the royalty...that's a good place to get a thesis and get started.
