Hit both of your 'Ctrl' keys. Windows or Firefox may have thought that one of the 'Ctrl' keys got stuck, and that is what is causing your text to change size. Generally, 'Ctrl' + mouse scrolling changes your text size, so just briefly hit both of the 'Ctrl' (not at the same time) keys to remind your computer that you are not pressing it.

That might be in your mouse settings...! (I do it to myself all the time, it's kind of something like getting into SHIFT LOCK and not knowing how to get out!) So go to Start and Settings and Control Panel and Mouse and diddle around with Device Settings and, maybe, you'll find something you can do, to fix the problem, and maybe, even, keep it from happening again!
