If it is incredibly dark, I do... but rarely. I currently drive for a living, so it is annoying and dangerous when people MISuse highbeams.

only when its cold and I left my jacket at home do i have the highbeams on....

I use them really late at night, if I do too early I just have to keep turned them back to low.
