Real Late period (-) hpt someone please help?

Question

my last 2 cycles were normal (sept 12 & Oct 11) I was to get a period Nov 9 but it never came I only had bad cramps for 2 weeks as if af was coming, I test 17 dpo with a $ tree hpt and it cameout (-) and today I am getting lite cramps again if I did had my af last month around this time this month I would be getting af, my (/0 is why am I having these period like cramps an no AF is coming, I would be going to the dr but my appointment isn't until Friday @ 4

skipping a period for no reason is normal happens alot try to relax
