The only way to listen to music in school without getting in trouble is to have it in an IEP that you can listen to an iPod or CD player with earphones with volume low during specific activities. That's what I do for my students who have a problem with distractions and I want them to be able to concentrate.

The same way you break all the other rules which are set up to help SOME kids who want to learn.( if you didn't want a teacher-answer then post in another category)
