I absolutely love the French. It's the most interesting culture in the world and they have the best food. I never thought the English were jealous. Good luck. 2D

Mais non, pas de tout. The French are not the coolest people right now, unless you count how much free time they have to cool off. That's because they hardly work and are striking or are "en greve" to maintain these super relaxed 35 hour work weeks.
While France, and Paris are beautiful places, the oversaturation of immigrants from dangerous cultures (and with dangerous beliefs) has turned France into an undesirable place.

Jealous of France? You have got to be joking! Which country capitulated during the second world war the minute the Germans walked in, purely to to protect their own selfish interests? The only French people I have any time for are those who set up the Resistance and risked everything to disrupt the German invasion. The rest of them you can do what you want with, except send them here!

No. I wouldn't want to live in France for the life of me right now. "Coolest populace" is so arbitrary too.
