I have two green spotted puffers that are usually pretty calm but i notice that after i feed them, one of them seems to go up and down against the glass for quite some time. It's always the same one that does it usually after feedings.

The other and smaller of the two usually spends his time on the other side of the tank, somewhere in the middle or towards the top floating with it's head down and it's tail up so it's at an angle and usually it's head is against the glass but not always..

Also, I have seen both fish (not at the same time) at the bottom of the tank with their tails curled in so the fish sort of resembles the number 9. I'm not sure what this is an indication of..

Additional info: I cycled my tank with these fish, No2, No3 and ammonia levels are all stable now stable...

Sounds like standard Puffer behavior. You don't say at what level the ammonia and Nitrite levels are stable. If ammonia nd NO2 aren't at zero then the tank is not completely cycled.

I think it's in F1 withdrawl, that nosing up to the glass is a classic symptom, trying to see the tv. That's my very uneducated guess.
