If you next appointment is at 15 weeks, I would assume that the one after that will be at 19 weeks. That would be a great time to do it! Most doctors say 16-20 weeks. My doctor said she finds it is best to wait until a full 18 weeks because that little extra development really helps. So I had mine at 19 weeks.
I started looking visibly pregnant to others around 4 months, so I would say any time now!

If you are very thin, it is typical to start showing around 16 weeks. You should have a diagnostic ultrasound around 20 weeks and it is very important because the ultrasound tech will check all your baby's organs to make sure that they look fine and are developing properly and if your baby is cooperative, the tech should be able to tell you the sex of the baby at this ultrasound.

Most doctors will do the gender ultrasound at 18 to 20 weeks. Since you're small, you probably won't look pregnant until your 5th month.

if you will be 15 weeks there will be not a very good chance to see the sex of your baby..but you never know..there are some women who found out when they were 15 weeks.
they can see the gender between 16-22.
and about showing, every woman is different and you never know when you can show specially if this is your baby.
I think you will be showing any time middle 4th month to 6th month
good luck

Unless there is a problem, don't go to early for the ultrasound. We went at 18 weeks and it was hard for the tech to see the heart as well as she wanted, plus it's harder to see the gender. IF you can wait until closer to 20 weeks.

You can find out the gender between 16-20 weeks. Often times at 16 weeks, if it's a girl, the doctor can't tell yet. Boys are easier to see than girls. Definitely by 20 you will know though.
