Does some1 knows international culture? what is this? example?

I am trying to write a report about culture makes an organization success. the first part should write national culture and international culture. but what should I do in international culture part? I m pazzled...please help me

Culture of any nation consists of activities such as arts and philosophy,which are considered to be important for
its civilization and its people's minds..A culture is also a particular society or civilization,especially considered in relations to its beliefs,way of life or arts etc.
The same principle applied to many countries and their philosophy compared will present international culture.
