me and my boyfriend had some amazing sex last night without a condom (ive been on birthcontrol and he never acctually went so thats not the problem) but it went on for like at least 2 hours but now my vagina really hurts on the outside. it feels like a needles going through the skin. im guessing its because for a while we didnt bother lubbing it up enough and it was kinda hard to get it in. but anyways...is there anything i can do to make the sorness go away? and acctually...we had butt sex for the 1st time too and thats really sore as well..any remedies for that? (yeah we were kinda drunk so thats why all of this happened haha)

To help ease some of the pain you can try sitting on a bag of frozen peas for a few minutes to see if that helps numben the pain. That needle sensation is being caused by the nerves reacting and could be an indication of something like an infection going on (just using this as an example of a possiblity for what could be causing the pain). As for the Advil it should be ok to take but I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.
