Their tail is closed up like a pintail...they cant swim properly its like their tails are paralised...is that a disease? what can i do to help them?

You cant help them because it's genetic, not a disease

You MUST cull them to make sure that this deformaty isn't passed on to other generations

Sounds like a genetic deformity. I'm sorry, but there's nothing you can do to help them. Please make sure they don't get passed onto the next generation by culling them. A humane way to do so is to add a few drops of clove oil and vodka in a container of water. The vodka will help the oil spread throughout the water and the clove oil will put them to sleep.

Pin-tail is a genetic trait,clamped fins are a symptom of disease. You should figure out which one you are dealing with. In any case culling is probably the answer. Sorry.

We have a molly with a bent tail. We called him BT. He lived about 1 year. They will figure out how to get around the tank. Just drop some extra food by them so they don't have to struggle so much.

it might be cause the two parent Guppies where brother and sister.
don't keep these Guppies, they will deform your line.if you really want to keep some , put them in another tank.
