yesterday ........and have you ever tried not rubbing it after??????? i dont know why but it always feels better after a good rub.....baby oil...leather boots with high heels..black stockings...wow i love wearing th....oops getting a bit carried away,yes try not to rub it after,its like trying to empty the north sea with a fork.lol.

Just last week I bent over to pick up something and banged my forehead on the sharp corner of my dvd player. OUCH! Didn't hurt my head as much as my neck.....I have a titanium plate in my cervical spine and it took the next week to recover from whiplash.

Yesterday. I was unloading the trunk of my car and smacked my head on the corner of the trunk lid. It hurt so bad I had to take Excedrin.
