Both procrastination and forgetfullness are signs of attention problems. Lack of sleep, stress, depression, and Attention Deficit Disorder can cause this. If you're dealing with any of those things- stress relief, more sleep, treatment/examiniation of depression and/or attention enhancing drugs (Ritalin/ Concerta ect) could help.

Sounds like you're not taking your life nor business seriously enough. Find what stops you from success. Think very hard, and don't quit until the answer is clear.

Life is a beautiful thing that should not be lived in failure. Yet, success is a meaningless thing without the hunger for it's taste.

You may have forced yourself into a business and life that is totally against your inner nature... You could go on, trying to bully yourself into doing what you're doing--or you could explore what you'd like to be doing--and figure out a way to do it!! Some people can do that on their own--a lot of us can't, since we've tried to fit into somebody else's mold all our life!! There are career counseling people and/or a good psychiatric social worker since many of us were forced at a very early age into a mold we could not break out of. Finding yourself will be like finding gold!! Hope you do!!

get a large calendar that you can write on and put on your desk or somewhere you will see constantly, and write down when things are due, when you should start working on them. making yourself a schedule will help you from procrastinating and having it written down w/ due dates will keep you from forgetting
