If you speak of the good 'ol USA? Then look at peoples' attitudes here on Answers towards people who ask about getting a Visa or coming here to live and work. We tend to forget our ancestors once did the same.

Beacsue they have to prove themsleves & realise they are the underdog in their host country until this is achieved.

i dont know...maybe because they are singled out by their race, when the native race here can be just as violent and cruel as anyone from anywhere?
