I think Joyce sounds too old fashioned. How about Joy?

Either is fine. Olivia Joyce might flow a bit better (not also containing an S sound like Allison), but I find Allison just slightly less expected, given Olivia's top-ten status. The traditional Alison spelling also happens to be a bit less common, so perhaps another option.
You might also consider something like Felicity or Gwyneth to honor a "Joy" or simply for a similar meaning (not sure if Joyce is FOR your aunt or if you just liked the meaning but didn't want to use the same exact name as your aunt). ;)
Similar Olive and Alice are also lovely options. Just a thought!

It's familiar but not common so that makes it a perfect choice.
I think Olivia Joyce is lovely.

As long as you like them, it shouldn't matter. I like Allison Joyce the best.
