people here have a hard time driving in normal weather...I dread snow...dread it with a passion.

Well, snow is slippery and cumbersome. One generally has to drive slower and be more cautious of other drivers. Also tire tread, front wheel drive vs rear wheel drive, windshield solvent...all play a factor.

It is like everyone forgets how to drive! I hate driving in the snow b/c of the other people. Especially the ones in their 4 x 4 SUV's that are scared to death driving 30 mph. WTF???
