Just to draw it so they can carry it to the tattoo place. How much would you charge?

It depends on the size, style, and detail...

A tattoo artist should be able to help you. But if you want a unique and personal design that no one else has, then the artist needs to draw it, u see it then ask for any adjustments, then the artist draws it again.

About 10 - 15 pounds for a personalised one.
Could be up to 50 pounds for a portrait.

They shouldn't charge you anything just to draw up your tattoo, it's all a part of the process unless you already have something with you, like in your case. Im not sure of the price, but i suggest going to where your getting your tattoo done and asking them. All in total,if you want a good tattoo, your going to have to pay well.

Personally, I wouldn't ask someone to draw a tattoo design for me and take it to the tattoo shop. I would ask the tattoo artist to help because it's part of their job.
