And places this form of power in the hands of persons who want to attain this level of "authority" over others, what timely protections and recourse will a person/individual have to keep themself from being forced to change their beliefs to fit the "communities expectations".
This proposed law; is unnecessary, all recourse and lawful acts are established via the Constitution and so are individual protections.
Dead men warned you about this level of judgement, and the persons and conditions that would attempt to attain this level of power over citizens.
