I speak Italian, my mother tongue, and I can read English, Spanish and French.
Yet 'speaking' is more difficult than writing and reading since implies the right pronounce and this detail always make me uncomfortable when I have to speak. I hate making mistakes in pronouncing foreign languages so ... I can stay silent as a fish with a mouth full of water.

Just a little Spanish, and I can read/write a little Latin, but that's about it!
Oh, and I almost forgot, the language of love!

Yep. I also speak Spanish pretty well, for someone who isn't Hispanic. And I'm fairly fluent in "toddler".
Edit: I am also a fluent speaker of "ghettoese" and know a lil bit of "Southern".
