I thank the answers but I need biological level answers.
My question is, why does an old man need a blood vessel dilator?
What is the matter with his body, cells, organism, blood, etc?
What is going on with his chemistry and biology of his body?
I hope that somebody knows it.

Older people are more likely to have poor circulation, so a dialator would help with that.

You need a blood vessel dilator so that the blood can move freely around in the body. The old man is getting old and blood vessels are forming clots in the body which restricts blood flow that may result in a heart attack. Therefore you need a dilator to thin the blood so that blood can travel easily in the body as to not cause a heart attack

as your body gets older it slows down...your heart can't pump as much blood to circulate through the entire body. As time goes on the vessels can get smaller, so having a blood vessel dilator makes it easier for the blood to make it from the heart to the extreamities like the legs, feet, arms and hands. All functions of the body start to decrease as the body gets older, the heart has a harder time pumping, the bowels have a harder time processing bile, the bladder can start to become incontinent, those kinds of things. Go on line and yahoo it and see what you can find.

One of the manifestations of aging is a decrease in the free space of blood vessels due to constriction, or plaque or a less than fit circulatory system. A dilator will increase the healthy blood flow necessary for good cogniton, organ functioning, respiration and erections !

as his body ages he is not as efficient as he once was. Think of him like a car..... in 1991 the "new" civic was a great car.... not too many problems... relativly inexpensive to own and maintain. Now take the same car today (only 16 years later) and it is always in teh shop needing a tune up or new tires, or an oil change, or an engine swap just to keep it running. Normal wear and tear can have the same consiquences on the human body
