Danse Russe is a poem by William Carlos Williams and my English III class isn't sure how to pronounce the title. If you could list your source, that would be wonderful! Thank you!!

Well, Charlotte is pretty easy. Russe is pronounced roo - se, rhyming with loose, like they said above.

its french so the the e is silent DAN-S hang on the S
the e on russe is also silent and you let the second s float on the wind, pucker your lips like an o shape and form the R and just let the sound flow for the best effect...
your lips actually hurt if you say it quickly as its two extremes of positions....

Dawnsu Roose.... Roose as in loose ... Danse as in dawn then little s as su before t. a bu cu du eh.. Source french accent from school days. If it isn`t french i will die. Anyway that is my pronounciation.. .... Russian dance.
