figure skaters?

Question

how can i prevent Lace Bit! my skates give me the worse blitster like where your toung goes. and up on my high ankle. I don't know what to do. My coach tells my to get these so called
Bunga Pags. BUT when i try looking for them on the internet, they don't have them in the websites i look at.
can you plz give me some websites too look at!

Ask your coach. Ask him wear to get them, oorrrrrr go to a sporting goods store. Like Dick's Sporting Goods, or something.
