I dont think that a person should completely stop being friends with someone because of their intellectual level. However, it would be really hard to maintain a friendship where the other person was a complete moron. For me, my close friends need to be somewhat intelligent. I want to be able to have a decent, educated conversation. I also don't want to have to explain simple vocab, like that of 'automated.' A friend that lacks IQ but is also a really sweet is great to have when you want to go out and party- not to have around all the time.

I start out on big words and have to say "that I shouldn't have started" and then pick a word that I can pronounce.
