You would need to find specific references as 'evidence', but if you are asking what made the Egyptians civilised:
They had a writing system (hieroglyphics) for royal, diplomatic and administrative records - many people define a civilised society as one that had writing
Differentiation in the population - pharaoh, elites, non-elites etc - ritual and burial practices
They had cities with multiple functions - religious, administrative and political centres - also, military aspects
Different aspects of culture, such as specialised crafts, shared deities and beliefs, common motifs
They had extensive trade networks
Organisation skills - for example, the building of pyramids would have required massive resources - planning and design (involving the pharaoh, architects and other officials); acquisition of materials - finding the necessary resources, funding them, transporting them; organising a massive workforce - skilled stone masons and artists, labourers, catering & accommodation for the workers; construction - builders, masons etc
Hope this helps and good luck finding your evidence
