We've had Presidents who did it before.
I wouldn't vote for Giuliani, but that isn't the reason. The reason is because he's running on a platform that is PURELY made up of repeating the phrase, "September 11" as often as humanly possible.
There's more to the Presidency than September 11, 2001.
And he clearly does not understand that.

Although I'd never vote for him as I personally don't trust or can stand the man. this cross dressing issue is fabricated by the press.. Yes he did on a few occations dress in womens attire, but it was for costume parties.. Which one of us have never dressed up for a costume party or halloween? Come on people this man has enough REAL issues to make a pretty good reason NOT to vote for him without having false accusations placed on him..

There are many reasons not to vote for Giuliani and that would only be a minor one if at all.

At the moment, if I were to choose a Republican, it would be either Guiliani or Ron Paul. Both candidates come across as genuine, even if I don't happen to agree with all of their stances, they both come across as capable to do the job. Time will tell...
Yes, I've seen the photos of Guiliani in drag, and both times it had something to do with a joke he was pulling on someone else or he was just being silly. I honestly don't believe the man's a cross dresser, though.

He dressed as a woman, I believe for a segment on Saturday Night Live years ago, as a part of a comedy routine. Do you guys have a life? Do you believe every stupid thing you see on line and then think you have to do your part in spreading it around? Now watch the Libs come out of the woodwork with some nice bashing. Let the fun begin.....

You are the kind of person the left loves. You have no idea what you are talking about but yet you still flap you mouth. He was dressed like that because he was in a show making fun of himself and the press. And if your so worried about cross dressing I take a good look at Hillary.

I am not an American citizen. If I where, I would vote for either Ron Paul or Kucinich, and it has nothing to do with cross-dressing. But thank you for the information.

No, I am not voting for him, and it has nothing to do with cross-dressing.... I will not be voting for him because he is a liar, an opportunist, and manipulative.

I wouldn't vote for him even if he wasn't a cross dresser.

I won't vote for him, but not because of that (although cross dressing is not a big deal clincher if you want my vote for world leader).
