Warm up the water a bit, and put a few feeder fish in there. Also, depending on how deep your aquarium is, be sure that there are a few ramp-ways for the turtle to get to. I'd also include some water plants in the mix, it makes traveling around more interesting and provides hiding spots.

Always check set up when turtles don't eat. Temps (both basking and water) and UVB must be correct. Measure those temps! Basking should be in the mid to high 90'sF. Water temp in mid-high 70'sF. Water heater is a must. Water filter a must. Frequent water changes extremely important. UVB must be for reptiles--over basking area 10-12 hours a day, bulb changed every 6-8 months.
