I don't get nauseous when I don't get enough sleep, but I do feel very tired and sleepy the next day.

yeah...i feel the same way...with a basketball game last night and having to sit with the radio announcer and calling in scores didn't help out much either. it's pry cuz ur body's tired and u need rest, so that's y u feel sick...

Yes! I didnt sleep at all last night. I feel dizzy and my eyes burn and it almost hurts to think! I havent done anything yet today that I am supposed to.
