I not sure what languages you need to learn, depends. But, I give my idea on this. The first answer mentions some good starters. Here why. I started learning programing back when you learn Flow Charts. Assembly Language, Basic, Cobol and Fortran (Back in the day!). These were like the foundation of programming. As, programing has progressed/evolved over the years I try to keeps up.
When the internet came along and web-pages I learned HTML and other stuff as mentioned in the first answer. It came easy to me, with programming the concept is basic; "Tell what you want the computer to do in a formal code". When you learn some of the simple stuff like HTML and what has to be for the code to be in syntax, you get a mind set. Then you can easily progress into more complicated programming. Hope you understand.

HTML, CSS and Javascript wont help you make Flash games. You'll need the flash studio to go about making this, made by Adobe (previously by Macromedia).

Plenty of tutorials available on the web - Google.
