No, I never do that...I know many who do, and it really disturbs me. There is no reason to be like that...
---one exception, I have been known to do it if people are falling-on-the-floor drunk...I will say anything to make them happy under that circumstance.

I have it done to me a LOT.
Maybe because I have a baby face and come across as being 'sweet'.
But I have learnt to ignore these people.
So they KNOW that they CANNOT control me or belittle me in any way.
