How would you add xenon headlights to a 2007 chevy cobalt?

I would replace the factory bulbs with the silver star bulbs.Ive run these bulbs for over four years now.These bulbs will give a least 50% better light out of your smaller headlamp case.The silver star bulbs will show you things at night you have ever seen before.Best of luck with your choice

Your cobalt uses a 9007 headlamp bulb. You just need a 9007 xenon replacement see below. Many auto parts store should have this.
