(1) The tougher one is, of course, Mediterranean. That's because the accent is on the THIRD syllable from the end (called the "antepenult" in classical grammar), and any rhyme should match ALL THREE syllables, beginning with the vowel. To clarify -- a perfect end-rhyme must match ALL sounds from the vowel of the accented syllable to the end of the word. (A "near rhyme" --see below-- does not have to exactly match each sound but must take them into account.)

In other words, for a perfect rhyme you need words with the accent on the 'antepenult' and ending with the sound /-anian/

Examples (mostly adjectives for or names for residents of certain nations):
- Albanian, Iranian, Jordanian, Lithuanian, Mauritanian, Panamanian, Romanian, Tanzanian, subterranean

There are also some very usable "near rhymes" in which MOST of the sounds match. Especially good are those whose only difference is the use of an /m/ in place of an /n/ sound (these sounds are very close to each other):

- cranium, geranium, uranium, titanium
- epithalamium (means "wedding song")

Other decent near rhymes:
- radian, circadian, Aracadien
- avian
- stadium, palladium, radium

(2) Greek --

perfect rhymes:
- antique, beak, bleak, cheek, chic, clique, creek, critique, eke, freak, geek, leak, leek, meek, oblique, peak, peek, pique, physique, reek, seek, sheik, shriek, sleek, sneak, speak, streak, teak, technique, unique, weak, week, Zeke

near rhymes:
- beat, cheat, compete, complete, conceit, concrete, Crete, deceit, defeat, discrete, discreet, elite, feet, fleet, heat, meat, meet, neat, peat, Pete, pleat, repeat, replete, seat, sheet, sleet, sweet, teat, treat, tweet, wheat
- beep, cheap, creep, deep, heap, jeep, keep, leap, peep, reap, seep, sheep, sleep, steep, sweep, veep, weep

for mediterranean you just need to pay attention to the nean at the end cuz thats where the rhyme will occur. just to make it sound good youll want to have about the same number of syllables in the lines. for example line 1: in the mediterranean. line 2: a life of love will begin again. for greek i can think of: speak. cheek, meek, seek, leak, creek, peak, peek, sheek, weak, beak, bleak, geek, reek, sneak, streak, freak, and im sure theres more but thats all on the top of my head right now.
