Well... when I was level 1, I hated that you can only answer like 10 questions a day and that you can't vote.
It sucks!

that you can only answer 20 q's a day and other levels are higher. don't u need it more in level 1

That stinks! perchance you should end asking questions for a lengthy time period, answer plenty , and then you would possibly want to face up to a better efficient element the position you may answer better. Asking questions will no longer help in circumstances like those , sorry. in my opinion i do not imagine human beings should be allowed to get their account deleted except they are sending viruses to each and each Y!A person.

I only have to answer one more question to make it to level two!
But I would say that you can only answer 20 questions a day and even worse you cant thumb people.

the limits.In my opinion Yahoo!Answers should not limit people answering questions.
