Definitely not.
They don't have a firm stand. What they're doing is a rope walk.
Neither people have given them a firm mandate (majority) nor do they support such moves. There are always the alliance parties that pulls the legs inorder to gain something from the ruling government.

Definitely not. Look at the news papers. It is very difficult to curb a single, or group of determined individuals from carrying out terrorist activities. Even Govt agencies r admitting limited success. And also to remember that Dec 6th is called by extremist organizations as black day. LeT also is planning some activities, as per the news paper reports. So I keep my fingers crossed. The deterrent/fear of severe punishments to the culprits also is not forthcoming. Even the simplest, straight forward clear criminal act is taking ages to complete the legal formalities, thanks to the slow justice delivery system.

Every Government tries its level best to curb terrorism. No one wants it. But the shape it has taken today requires it to be declared their enemy by all countries of the world and be tackled jointly. If no country will promote terrorism for their vested interests, there is no reason that terrorism could survive.

Civilians and the terrorists look alike.
Unless the terrorists whether Muslims or Hindus
realise that they are basically Indians,
I don't think terrorism can be controlled
