I've asked questions about this a few times....sorry....
but this is a NEW question.....

I've been having lots of cramping...just like period cramps (I get BAD cramps) and now I'm bleeding normal period colour.....about a tablespoon or 2 yesterday....it seems to be getting heavier I'm pretty sure I'm miscarrying....

but the Question....

If I start heavy bleeding.....I have no sick day left at work and if I leave I will get fired. So what can I do? Lose my job?....
Even with a doctors note they will fire me....

I take it you are pregnant?

They should not be able to fire you because you are having issues with your pregnancy.

If you are pregnant, and you are bleeding heavily, IMO I'd call the ambulance. There should be no way in hell a workplace would fire you because of a health emergency! (I'd also seek legal counsel if they DID feel pompous enough to fire me!)

Sounds like you have crappy employers. I wish you luck!

Also if you are pregnant and cramping I'd get to the doctors asap.

Sweetheart they cant fire you with a doctors note especially not under the circumstances you are telling us. Get yourself to the doctors or to the hospital right away!!

If for some strange reason they do fire you.. make sure to get a note from the doctors/hospital you go to and file for unemployment you will get it. They cant fire you over something like this!!

That's really unfortunate that your job will fire you even with a dr's note. Get yourself to a doctor!!!! You're health is more important than your job? I'm sorry you have to go through this, it can't be easy!

If they can fire you with a Doctors excuse that is pretty sad. Secondly if you start bleeding heavily you could be hemmorhaging and you will need to be seen by your OB/GYN this is nothing to fool around with. Call your Doctor
