That song on the Barney show-not sure of the name, but if you have kids, you probably know what Im talking about. Or anything by the Spice Girls. And a lot of people I know are annoyed by that new song by Fergie, I think she is the one who sings it, Clumsy. Good luck! I had neighbors like that once, and we ended up moving because of them.

Do you remember "I know the song that gets on everybodys nerves" when you were a kid? Well find that on a CD or download it, make sure you leave your house or put in earplugs when you play it non-stop for several hours.
Or get some oldies and country music if you cant take it.

Try something from musicals. Or the opera if it doesn't bother you. Or anything from pop, particularly from the late 90's to the early 2000s. Hope it works.

That would greatly depend on what your neighbors do and don't like. Some genres annoy me in their entirety. (Country, hip-hop, rap, metal.) Some genres only half of the music annoys me. (Classical, bluegrass, easy-listening.)
You'd need to know them to know what annoys them.
I recommend just calling the police. If you start annoying them with loud music, they may very well call the police on you!

If you are blasting your music just to annoy them then you are as bad as they are. If they are disturbing the peace after a certain hour report them to the authorities. If they are meth addicts report them so they can get help. If you want good neighbors be a Good neighbor. If you want a good neighborhood you must work for one.
