i accidentally had a grease marker left in one of the pockets of a coat i dried and now its all over the inside of my dryer any ideas on how to get rid of it and or make sure it doesn't ruin any other clothes ?

WD-40 will take it off, too. Just wipe out the machine afterward with a general cleaner, like simple green afterward.

Get some "Goo Gone" or "Goof Off" at Home depot or Lowe's. I have also seen it at some grocery stores. It will get the paint off. It is great to get almost anything off everything. Do not use it on plastic. It will also dissolve it. Smells terrible, but it works great!!!

try finger nail polish remover, it will cut grease.
