I put in some good mood CD's such as Sarah Fimm or Peter Murphy, get a couple wine coolers, turn the lights down and either dance all over the house or just sit and stare out from the void that is my life at that moment.

i sit calm on chair or bed take long breath n forget all the things which r giving me sorrow. i lsiten n sing some old classic songs. moreever i start to recall the good things happened like meeting with some loving one.
