The internet is, by definition public. You did not ask a "private " question. You are in what is called a public forum. You are not losing privacy. You are willingly relinquishing it.

Any detail you put down is trackable.

It can be done using your IP address.

But the police for example should have a reason to want to track you. So if you're a suspected peodo they may find all the evidence they need from your hard drive.
