try restarting your computer . Exployer does not close . I drag in down to the bottem of the screen and and carry on without any problems , I wanted to defrag the computer but it would'nt let me,it said another program was interfeing with the hard drive? could you explain what was happering would it be this EXPLOYER errows fault ? thanking you

Internet Explorer keeps crashing on my PC too so I have switched Firefox instead and it is a lot more stable.
You can terminate the IE process by:-
Pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete (Task manager) and click on the Processes tab. Scroll down and look for the process iexplore.exe and click on it. Then press the End Process button.
